We are growing and are looking for a Professional Services Engineer for our location in Jaipur (Onsite). In this role you will provide best in class support to our partners and customers worldwide. Become part of our unique and collaborative team and create a secure world with us!
Responsibilities
- Good knowledge about video management system, surveillance equipment, cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other security devices.
- Set up and integrate surveillance software for real-time monitoring, data storage, and access control.
- Good knowledge about all windows operation systems.
- Knowledge about MS-SQL server and Qlik Sense.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for surveillance systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with surveillance equipment, including cameras, recorders, and networking components.
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to enhance system performance and security.
- Respond to customer service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Train customers on the operation of surveillance systems, including software usage, camera settings, and video storage management.
- Integrated Command Control center Application knowledge would be a plus.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in surveillance system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in handling CCTV systems (IP & Analog), NVR/DVR, networking, and access control systems.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, PoE, and video management software (VMS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations.
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – for networking knowledge.
Microsoft Certified: Solution Architect / Azure Administrator
